After more than a thousand treatments and over three years of clinical experience, my clinic offers a genuine and thoughtful approach to care. Originally from France and fluent in English, patients are welcomed into a professional, and comfortable environment.My training was completed at the European School of Osteopathy, one of the leading institutions for osteopathic education in the UK.Hands-on treatment is provided from the very first session, designed to help you move more freely and feel at your best. Whether you are dealing with back or neck pain, recovering from injury, or managing everyday strain, my approach is centred on thorough assessment, clear communication, and treatment tailored to your needs.The aim is simple: to support your body’s natural ability to heal and help you return to comfortable and confident movement.

Osteopathy

Dry needling

Dry needling is a regulated, evidence-informed treatment that targets muscle tension and trigger points to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.Performed by a trained practitioner with advanced knowledge of anatomy and musculoskeletal function, it is a precise, safe hands-on technique designed to address specific areas of dysfunction.The treatment involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into tight or overactive muscles, helping to release tension, reduce pain, and restore normal movement patterns.
